Some sites may require a boundary and topographic survey in order to complete the site verification. PILI will notify you during this stage if a survey will be required.

  • Upon successful site verification, we will provide you with the finalized site plan for your approval. You'll have the opportunity to review the proposed home plan on your site and to confirm the design meets your expectations and requirements.

  • Once the plans are reviewed, approved, and finalized, PILI will handle the completion of all necessary permit documents and assist you with the application for the building permit through the MAPPS system. Permit review fees are to be paid by the homeowner.

  • Please note that other firms may have a different process.

  • PILIʻs pre-designed home plans are offered at no-cost to homeowners, the costs incurred for designing and drafting these architectural documents have been waived.
